To be able to be considered for the role of drama teacher you should:

• Have a subject-specific teaching qualification
• Be an outstanding practitioner with proven ability to understand and utilize current theory and practice
• Enthuse, lead, develop and enhance teaching practices
• Your curriculum planning should have a creative and thoughtful approach

The school will consider teachers looking to return to work, newly qualified teachers for the role as well as those with more experience. Rated “good” at its last Ofsted report the school has a very good induction and support facility. The school consistently refines its skills on how to monitor progress of groups of pupils and you will be encouraged to put forward new suggestions.
