Step Teachers are a large successful educational recruitment agency working with numerous schools across the south of England.  We have been asked to find an exceptional Drama teacher for a mixed academy school nr Plymouth.  The position of Drama teacher is more suited to teachers with at least one year’s classroom experience, although exceptional newly qualified teachers could be considered.

This is position is on a supply basis and the successful candidate will be able to start their new role in January 2020.

To join this school they ask that the new Drama teacher:

• Holds a QTS or PGCE certificate
• Can show the ability to establish high standards of conduct
• Display creativity and an ability to inspire pupils through the planning, preparation and delivery of highly stimulating, motivating and well-sequenced lessons
• Should be able to exhibit highly effective time management skills with an ability to meet deadlines whilst at times working under sustained pressure (usually during performance times)
