Step Teachers have been speaking to a Head Teacher at one of our client schools in St Albans about a vacancy for March 2021. The school need cover for one of their classes for the rest of the academic year, They would be happy to speak to teachers trained or with experience in either Early Years or KS1.

They have the capacity in school to take on a Newly Qualified Teacher for this position so applications from them would be welcomed and encouraged. If however, you are a more experienced teacher there may also be the opportunity to take up a place in the school's Senior Leadership Team.

  The school needs someone who has the following qualities:

• QTS or PGCE qualification
• Ability to organise exciting and mentally stimulating activities for the children
• Work as part of a dynamic team
• A positive attitude and a genuine passion for their work
