Step Teachers are working with a school in Portsmouth that is looking for an Engineering Teacher for a full-time role starting in September 2021. This position will be offered on a permanent contract basis. The successful candidate will be teaching Engineering to Key Stage 4, Art and Graphic Design to Key Stage 3.

The ideal teacher:

• You will have an Engineering-related degree, with PGCE and QTS
• Be able to demonstrate strong behaviour management strategies
• The school are happy to consider NQT’s
• At the heart of everything you do will be your passion for your subject and the desire to inspire and motivate pupils to excel

Our client was last rated as "Good" by Ofsted. In the report, the inspectors praised the leadership of the school and noted the high aspirations for the pupils.
