English/PSHE/Humanities LSA

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a dedicated team, supporting students across English, PSHE, and Humanities subjects. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about education and making a real difference in young people’s lives. Starting September 2025.

Duties as Learning Support Assistant:

• Provide in-class support to students, helping them engage with English, PSHE and Humanities lessons.

• Work closely with subject teachers to adapt resources and ensure all students can access the curriculum.

• Support students with additional learning needs, promoting confidence and independence.

• Deliver small group or one-to-one interventions when required.

• Encourage positive behaviour, resilience, and active participation in learning.

• Contribute to the wider pastoral support of students, particularly within PSHE sessions.

Ideal Learning Support Assistant:

• Experience working with young people in an educational setting (desirable but not essential).

• Strong subject knowledge or interest in English, PSHE and Humanities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as a Learning Support Assistant.

• Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate and inspire students.

• A proactive, flexible, and team-focused approach.
