• You will have a practical and innovative approach to your English Teaching, using every resource available to encourage your pupils
• Strong behaviour management  

 The school is a high-achieving school with great classroom management. There is a focus on teaching rather than behaviour management but to keep that standard, the school needs teachers with strong classroom control. In the previous Ofsted, the school has been awarded outstanding and would like to keep up that standard. 

Candidates will be subject to a variety of checks including an enhanced DBS check, full references including your most recent employer, and eligibility to work in the UK.
