​Step Teachers are looking for a Year 4 Teacher based in Ware, Hertfordshire starting in September 2022. This contract is initially temporary for one academic term, but there is the potential of the position becoming permanent at the discretion of the school.

The position is at a one form entry primary school rated 'GOOD' by OFSTED. This school strives to create a safe environment where students can embrace challenges and be supported throughout all they do.

Role:

• Good knowledge of the curriculum in Key Stage 2

• Organised and professional maintenance of the classroom and resources

• Work effectively with other members of staff in the classroom

• Ability to monitor students and provide them with support

• Able to plan and deliver engaging and dynamic lessons

• Compliance with the schools’ policies and implement effectively 

Requirements:

• Hold QTS or the equivalent of

• Have recent mainstream school-based experience teaching in Primary School/Key Stage 2.
