The position of a General Science teacher would be suitable for Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs) and has the potential to become a permanent role for the right candidate.

• The appointed General Science teacher should motivate, enthuse, excite and challenge students to produce the highest quality work.
• The successful General Science teacher should have demonstrable experience and an excellent working knowledge of Assessment for Learning.
• Ideally the selected General Science teacher will have an undergraduate [Insert Subject] degree from a United Kingdom university at 2:1 or above.
• As General Science teacher you will be expected to communicate effectively with a range of audiences, including with pupils, parents and carers, other staff and external agencies.
