Job description

We are seeking to recruit an experienced Geography Teacher to work for an alternative provision school in Norwich. Your role within this setting will mean that no one day that is the same.  You will play an integral and important part in a vulnerable young person's education.   This position will commence as soon as the right candidate is available and will be ongoing.   This is a full-time role that will be permanent for the right candidate. 

 As a Geography Teacher you must uphold the following;

  • You should be committed and flexible, able to work directly with the SENCO and with LSAs as required.
  • Hold UK QTS Status in either Primary or Secondary.
  • Ideally, you will have worked as an SEN Teacher in an SEN setting and be capable of adaptability when regarding the curriculum.
  • You will have a good understanding of Special Educational Needs and Educational Inclusion, and the needs of the more able and talented.
