A great opportunity has arisen for us to recruit a talented HLTA for KS2 for a temporary position at one of our client schools in Islington. This position of a HLTA is offered through Step Teachers and will commence at March.

As a HLTA you must adhere to the following;

• You will need confidence and a positive ‘can-do’ attitude and philosophy.
• Highly effective communication skills with both children and adults, including parents/carers is seen as a key area of focus as a HLTA.
• You should have an ability to identify, focus on and work towards achieving key objectives.
• The successful HLTA will have ability to develop, foster and sustain high quality relationships with children and adults.
