Job description

Step Teachers are working with a wonderful primary school in Friern Barnet in search of a dedicated and enthusiastic KS2 Class Teacher to join their dynamic team in September 2024 for a long-term contract until the end of the academic Year.

KS2 Class Teacher Role:

  • Good knowledge of the KS2 curriculum
  • Able to plan and deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons
  • Work effectively with other members of staff and fellow KS2 Class Teachers 
  • Ability to assess students, monitor their progress, and provide constructive feedback
  • Compliance with the schools’ policies and the reliable implementation of these

KS2 Class Teacher Requirements:

  • Must hold QTS or an equivalent qualification
  • Have recent mainstream experience as a KS2 Teacher
  • Have a good level of classroom and behaviour management
