We are looking to appoint a passionate and committed Humanities teacher to cover a one-term position from September to December 2025. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality teaching across Key Stages 3 and 4 in a supportive and well-resourced department.

Duties as Humanities Teacher:

• Plan and deliver engaging Humanities lessons in line with the national curriculum

• Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to support achievement

• Maintain a positive classroom environment and manage behaviour effectively

• Contribute to departmental planning and team collaboration

• Participate in school events and parent communication where relevant

Ideal Humanities Teacher:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent recognised qualification

• Experience teaching Humanities at secondary level

• Ability to inspire and motivate pupils of all abilities as a Humanities Teacher.

• Organised, flexible, and a strong communicator
