​Step Teachers are looking for an experienced teaching assistant based in Finchley to start in September 2022. This is an ongoing position depending on your performance and the discretion of the school. 

This is a small Ofsted rated ‘good’ school. The school serves and recognises the multi-cultural, multi-faith and ever-changing nature of the modern world.

Role:

• Strong curricular knowledge

• Upkeep a tidy, organised classroom with accessible resources where needed

• Support the class teacher where directed and applicable

• Ability to assess and report on your students when required

• Able to simplify tasks according to the children's abilities

• Willingness to comply with the schools’ policies and implement them effectively 

Requirements:

• SEND experience

• Have recent mainstream school-based experience

• A relevant Level 2/3 qualification is desirable
