Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a committed and enthusiastic KS2 Teacher to join a dedicated and forward-thinking team. We are looking for a teacher who is passionate about inspiring young learners and delivering high-quality teaching and learning in Key Stage 2. Beginning September 2025.

Duties as a KS2 Teacher:

 

  • Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum

  • Assess and track pupil progress, providing feedback that supports learning and development

  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters respect and high expectations

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for pupils

  • Contribute to the wider school community and participate in professional development

Ideal KS2 Teacher:

 

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Experience teaching in Key Stage 2

  • A strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and assessment practices

  • High expectations for pupil achievement and behaviour

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills as a KS2 Teacher.

  • A reflective and proactive approach to teaching and learning
