Step Teachers are working closely with a Secondary School in Rainham in search of a new Lead Spanish Teacher to join the team in September 2024.  This Lead Spanish Teacher role presents an exceptional opportunity for a skilled educator to make a lasting impact while embarking on a rewarding long-term journey.

Lead Spanish Teacher Role:

• Plan and deliver engaging Spanish lessons that cater to students' diverse learning needs and abilities.
• Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and resources to make language learning interactive and enjoyable.
• As a Lead Spanish Teacher, you must be able to provide regular feedback and support to students to help them progress in their language learning journey.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop cross-curricular projects and initiatives that integrate Spanish language and culture into various subject areas

Lead Spanish Teacher Requirements: 

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialization in Spanish.
• Proven experience teaching Spanish at the KS3/KS4 level.
• Strong knowledge of the Spanish language, culture, and literature.
• Experience working in a multi-ethnic urban schools and of working in an 11-18 school is desirable.
