Job description

Nursery Teacher – Full-time, flexible supply roles starting as soon as possible
 
These flexible opportunities are ideal for teachers who enjoy variety and want to make a positive impact across different early years settings. You’ll be working with a range of nursery and primary schools in and around Tottenham, supporting children aged 2–5.

Duties as Nursery Teacher:

  • Plan and deliver engaging activities aligned with the EYFS framework
  • Support children’s learning, development, and emotional well-being
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
  • Monitor and assess children’s progress through observations and records
  • Work closely with support staff, parents, and carers
  • Promote positive behaviour and social interaction
  • Adapt quickly to different nursery settings and routines

Ideal Nursery Teacher:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or EYTS is essential
  • Experience working in nursery or early years settings
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development
  • A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach to supporting young learners
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills as a Nursery Teacher
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
