Nursery Teacher – Daily supply cover from ASAP

Duties as Nursery Teacher:

  • Deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons and activities for nursery-aged children
  • Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
  • Support children’s development across the EYFS framework
  • Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being
  • Collaborate with nursery staff and parents to support individual needs
  • Maintain accurate records of children’s progress and observations
  • Uphold safeguarding policies and procedures

Ideal Nursery Teacher:

  • Holds QTS or EYTS and has experience in early years education
  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum
  • Shows enthusiasm, creativity, and patience
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills as a Nursery Teacher
  • Works effectively as part of a team and independently
  • Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
