​Step Teachers currently have an opportunity for a Room Leader based in Barnet. A nursery has entrusted us to find a well-trained and creative Room Leader to join their team. This role is offered on a full time, permanent basis. There is lots of opportunity for futher training and progression.

To be eligible for this role, the successful candidate should have the following attributes:

• Experience of working in an Early Years setting

• Excellent understanding of necessary welfare procedures

• A creative approach to their work

• Able to manage the various tasks comprised of the role 

• Degree qualified preferred

• Experience managing a room preferred

This is a fantastic nursery, with which we have started to build a fantastic relationship. The staff provide a unique learning environment for the pupils to explore and challenge their minds through creative group activities.
