Step Teachers are currently searching for resilient and experienced PMLD Teacher for full-time, long-term positions at an Ofsted rated SEN School maintaining ‘Good’ status in North London. The School offers specialist education for pupils aged 2-16yrs with a wide range of SEN. The successful candidate must have PMLD classroom experience with an enhanced Adult and Child Workforce DBS or be willing to carry out a new check. 
The School has asked for a proficient PMLD Teacher who has the following attributes:
  • Must have experience working as SEN Teacher
  • Must have experience working with young people with PMLD
  • Be able to assist and develop the implementation of EHCP’s
  • Be able to liaise with parents
  • Be able to promote independence
  • A calm, nurturing and empathetic approach
