Step Teachers is actively seeking qualified Primary Teachers to join our supply team in and around, Fulbourn, Sawston, Great Shelford, and nearby areas. The intention is to commence assignments after the February half-term.

Primary Teacher Role:

  • As a Primary Teacher, you should have a strong understanding of the KS1 and KS2 curriculum.
  • Skillfully design and deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons.
  • Maintain a highly organized classroom while ensuring the secure handling and storage of all educational materials.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with fellow staff members throughout the school.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in assessing students, tracking their progress, and providing valuable feedback.
  • Adhere diligently to the school's policies and consistently implement them.

Requirements:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Have recent experience in a mainstream primary school setting as a Primary Teacher.
  • Showcase exceptional classroom management skills, particularly in effectively addressing student behaviour.
