Job description

Step Teachers are currently working with a partner school in Welwyn Garden City who are recruiting for a Primary Teacher to take up a role in a KS1 class from September 2019. This Primary Teacher position is a full time permanent post which would be best suited to NQTs as the school are seeking to develop their exisiting team.

  • As a qualified Primary Teacher you will be able to demonstrate previous experience working within Key Stage 1
  • You should be able to demonstrate experience of planning and teaching all subjects in the Primary Curriculum as well as sufficient subject knowledge
  • The successful Primary Teacher will be able demonstrate creative and flexible schemes of work in order to meet the academic needs of all pupils as well as inspiring positive learning attitudes
  • You should possess excellent communication skills and be confident in communicating efficiently with both pupils and adults
