Are you a Science teacher looking for a September 2021 position?  Our team is working with a client in Bury St Edmunds that is seeking a Science Teacher to join their large department on a permanent basis.  The role is offered on a full-time basis and applications are welcome from Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs) as well as those with more experience.

This is a large mixed comprehensive school with high aspirations for everyone who is part of the community whether student or member of staff. A rapidly improving school recently rated by Ofsted as having good leadership and good capacity to improve further. You will see when you visit the School that they are passionate about what they do: getting the best out of every child whatever their abilities, interests, or ambitions. This is a place of work and a strong work ethic is demanded from staff and students alike.

You should have a teaching qualification and a Science-based degree.

The appointed Science teacher should motivate, enthuse, excite and challenge students to produce the highest quality work.

You will have schemes of work that are creative, varied, and flexible enough to promote differentiation and commitment to pupil progression.

Have experience delivering Science in a mainstream setting
