Secondary Supply Teacher – Daily supply from as soon as possible
These flexible opportunities are ideal for Secondary Supply Teachers who enjoy variety and want to make a positive impact across different school settings in Oxford and the surrounding areas.
Duties as Secondary Supply Teacher:
- Deliver engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4 in line with the national curriculum
- Adapt quickly to different school environments and classroom expectations
- Manage behaviour effectively and promote a positive learning atmosphere
- Follow lesson plans provided or create appropriate content when required
- Assess pupil progress and provide feedback where necessary
- Uphold safeguarding and welfare standards at all times
Ideal Secondary Supply Teacher:
- Holds QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
- Has recent experience teaching in UK secondary schools
- Is confident teaching across a range of subjects or specialising in one
- Demonstrates strong classroom management and adaptability
- Has a clear Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willing to obtain one
