Step Teachers are a large educational recruitment agency working with numerous schools across Norfolk, Suffolk, and Cambridge. We are exceptionally busy placing day-to-day, long-term, and permanent teachers into schools and academies and are looking for more supply teachers to join our team.
We are looking for adaptable Secondary Supply Teachers to join our pool of fantastic Teachers out to work in Secondary Schools
As a successful agency operating and placing supply teachers into schools since 2000 we have established long-standing relationships with secondary schools, academies, and MAT’s across Suffolk, Norfolk, and Cambridge.
No school is the same, so any teacher working with us must have the adaptability to quickly acclimate themselves to the role.
What you Offer:
- You hold a relevant teaching qualification (QTS).
- Experience working in a Secondary Setting.
- Are confident with Behaviour Management.
- You share our total commitment to ensuring the safety, dignity, and well-being of all students.
- Compliance with objectives, standards, and policies.
Candidates will be subject to an enhanced DBS check, full reference checks including your most recent employer, and confirmation of their eligibility to work in the U.K.
