We are looking for a caring, proactive and reliable Teaching Assistant to join a dedicated team and support students across Key Stages 3 and 4. This is a rewarding opportunity to play a vital role in helping young people succeed—both academically and personally. Beginning June 2025.

Duties as a Secondary Teaching Assistant:

• Work with individuals or small groups of students to provide targeted support in lessons.

• Support students with a range of needs, including those with SEND or learning barriers.

• Assist teachers in preparing resources and maintaining a purposeful learning environment.

• Help promote positive behaviour and engagement across the school.

• Provide pastoral support where needed to help students feel safe, confident and included.

Ideal Secondary Teaching Assistant:

• Have experience working with secondary-aged students in a school or similar setting.

• Be patient, adaptable, and committed to supporting young people.

• Be able to follow teacher direction but also use initiative when needed.

• Have good communication skills and work well as part of a team as a Teaching Assistant.

• Ideally have a relevant TA qualification
