We are seeking a caring and experienced SEND Teacher to support Year 2 and Year 3 students on an ongoing long-term, temporary basis, starting in November 2025. The role runs Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 1:00 pm.

Duties as a SEND Teacher:

• Plan and deliver differentiated lessons to meet the needs of SEND pupils in Years 2 and 3

• Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment

• Work closely with teaching assistants, SENCO, and parents to ensure consistent support

• Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching approaches as needed

• Support students’ emotional and social development alongside their academic learning

Ideal SEND Teacher:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

• Experience teaching SEND pupils, ideally within a primary setting

• Strong knowledge of differentiated teaching and learning strategies

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills as a SEND Teacher.

• Patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach to supporting young learners
