Job description
We are seeking a caring and experienced SEND Teacher to support Year 2 and Year 3 students on an ongoing long-term, temporary basis, starting in November 2025. The role runs Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 1:00 pm.

Duties as a SEND Teacher:
Plan and deliver differentiated lessons to meet the needs of SEND pupils in Years 2 and 3
Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
Work closely with teaching assistants, SENCO, and parents to ensure consistent support
Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching approaches as needed
Support students’ emotional and social development alongside their academic learning
Ideal SEND Teacher:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching SEND pupils, ideally within a primary setting
Strong knowledge of differentiated teaching and learning strategies
Excellent communication and teamwork skills as a SEND Teacher.
Patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach to supporting young learners
