Our partners, Grad2Teach Ltd., have asked us to find an experienced teacher trainer to deliver training workshops on a freelance basis. There will be four dates in the academic year where you will be required to train Grad2Teach trainees in a classroom environment. You will also need to conduct on-site visits/assessments and hold tripartite discussions with the trainee and their school-based mentor.

Joining Grad2Teach as a freelance Teacher trainer, you will teach on an exciting curriculum and help to build resilient and reliable teachers of the future. You will also have the opportunity to help shape this new and exciting route into teaching. 

You will be able to plan and deliver active, creative and engaging lessons and will contribute to the classroom experience of Grad2Teach’s talented and enthusiastic learners, within a hardworking team with high standards. As a highly engaged and motivated teacher trainer, you will have a genuine desire to improve the life chances of your learners.

Grad2Teach are looking for an enthusiastic, resilient and highly motivated individual. You will have previous experience of teacher training, either as part of ITT (Initial Teacher Training) or in your role as a leader within primary education. You will have a thorough knowledge of the requirements of a teacher in the primary sector and, ideally, recent classroom experience.

You will be experienced in providing for the needs of learners with a focus on delivering outstanding learning experiences and be a strong team player with excellent communication skills.
