Job description

​​​​​Step Teachers are seeking a Teaching Assistant in Norwich to support a child who is Blind and currently learning Braille. Experience working with partially sighted individuals is essential for this role. 


  • Working across all primary year groups to support pupil/s

  • Support children on a 1:1/1:2 and/or small groups

  • Willingness to comply with the schools’ policies and implement, them effectively  


  • Experience working with children with SEND in a mainstream school

  • Relevant teaching assistant/special needs qualifications desirable
