Schools are actively seeking enthusiastic individuals for key roles such as cover supervisors, teaching assistants, and classroom support staff.

What to Expect:

1. Online Assessment: Within one week of the closing date, selected applicants will be invited to complete an online assessment.

What We’re Looking For:

Essential:

• Grade C/4 or higher in Maths and English

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Passion for working with young people

• Confidence in managing behaviour

• Willingness to learn and grow

Desirable:

• Experience in a school or youth setting

• Degree or relevant qualification (not essential)

Working Hours & Flexibility

We offer flexible roles, including full-time, part-time, and temporary-to-permanent opportunities.

For continuity and consistency in schools, we ideally look for candidates who are available Monday to Friday, from 08:15 to 16:00. However, we understand that everyone has different commitments, and we’re happy to discuss your availability to see how it can align with a typical school schedule.
