A fair and inclusive primary school is looking for a Year 3 teacher to join their teaching staff. The school is located in Barnet and the position as a Year 3 teacher will commence in a temporary contract capacity to start. There is room for the position as a Year 3 teacher to become more permanent to a candidate that can demonstrate truly inclusive practise.

As a Year 3 teacher you will display the following attributes;

• You will have excellent classroom management strategies that are robust and flexible, and will be seen as central to the performance of you and your pupils.
• You should have good decision making skills.
• Experience of teaching classes with 30 pupils would be a definite advantage.
• Candidates should display creativity and an ability to inspire pupils through the planning, preparation and delivery of highly stimulating, motivating and well sequenced lessons
