Job description
We are seeking a passionate, organised and enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher to join a dedicated team at a wonderful school. This is an exciting opportunity to work with pupils as they begin their Key Stage 2 journey, building on the foundations laid in Key Stage 1.

Duties as a Year 3 Teacher:
Deliver high-quality, creative lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum
Foster a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment where all pupils feel valued and supported
Monitor, assess and report on pupil progress, using data to inform planning
Build strong relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues
Contribute to the wider life of the school, including enrichment opportunities and events
Ideal Year 3 Teacher:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
A strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and expectations
Excellent behaviour management and classroom organisation skills as a Year 3 Teacher.
A warm, positive and reflective approach to teaching and learning
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
A team player with a willingness to contribute to school improvement
