As a suitably experienced Year 4 teacher, you will have a respectable primary education qualification and recognised references.

The Year 4 teacher that is successful will comply to the following attributes;

• The Head Teacher has asked us to ensure that the successful Year 4 teacher show ability to establish high standards of conduct.
• Year 4 teacher's should establish high expectations of emotional and learning behaviour in all pupils.
• An ability to organise, lead and manage a classroom effectively, including assigned support staff will be central to your role.
• It is very important that you have a comprehensive understanding of good practice in Assessment for Learning.
