An improving primary school in North London is seeking to recruit an outstanding Year 4 teacher for a temporary post commencing in April. The school are prepared to consider excellent Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs) in additions to more experienced Year 4 teachers.

As a Year 4 teacher at this school you must adhere to the traits stated below;

• The successful Year 4 teacher will demonstrate proven ability to successfully manage learning development projects.
• You will have schemes of work that are creative, varied and flexible enough to promote differentiation, and commitment to pupil progression.
• Highly effective communication skills with both children and adults, including parents/carers is seen as a key area of focus.
• You should have an ability to identify, focus on and work towards achieving key objectives.
