An academy based in Lowestoft has enlisted Step Teachers to help to find them an excellent Supply Teacher to work with a Year 3 class 5 days per week. This vacancy is due to start as soon as possible and will continue until the end of the school year and beyond.  
 
The year 3 teacher must fulfil the following attributes;
 
  • QTS or another recognised teaching qualification
  • An exceptional ability to adapt the curriculum to suit the learning capabilities of any given class and a proficiency to work with educational rigour.
  • You must comply with the ethos at the school and clearly adhere to the policies the school presents.
  • You must encourage pupils to consistently promote a positive demeanour and approach lesson time with creativity.
  • You should be able to establish strong relationships with relevant educational parties to ensure the productivity of educational development.
