We are currently working on behalf of a partner school in St Albans who are seeking a KS2 teacher to take up a 2 term full-time contract role in a YR4 class from January 2020.  This opportunity is offered through Step Teachers, the successful applicant will be an experienced primary teacher who has successfully completed their induction year and can demonstrate previous experience of teaching/working with a YR4 class.

Our ideal candidate will have the below attributes;

• As a qualified primary teacher, you will be an outstanding classroom practitioner with a proven ability to understand and utilize current theory and practice in relation to learning and development. 
• You should have a teaching qualification suitable for primary education. 
• An ability to organize, lead and manage a classroom effectively, including assigned support staff will be central to your role. 
• Establish good relationships, encourage good working practices and support and lead teachers in the phase group.
