The Drama TA successful must be able to start immediately as the vacancy has been posted because of an unplanned vacancy within the department. The role as a Drama TA will commence in April.
As a Drama TA at this school you must;
- Be aware of behaviour policies at the school and adhere to them gracefully.
- Have experience working as a TA or a similar role in a creative setting.
- You will preferably hold an undergraduate Drama degree at a 2:1 or above.
- You must adhere to the school's ethos and aims, allowing and encouraging the pupils to also fulfil these attributes
This diverse school is exceptionally aspirational, the community regard it as fairly high achieving and they are dedicated to improving this outlook in the future. SMT work hard to maintain respect, inspiration and a real love of learning within the cohort. We have successfully placed candidates in the school numerous times and the feedback is always more than positive and encouraging.
Candidates will be subject to a variety of checks including an enhanced DBS check, full references including your most recent employer and eligibility to work in the UK. Step Teachers are fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff to share this commitment.
Unlike other agencies, Step Teachers are more than happy to process your pay via PAYE – you will not be forced to go with an Umbrella Company.
