We are looking to appoint a passionate and effective Humanities Teacher to join a school for one term, covering the Autumn term from September to December 2025. The successful candidate will teach across Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering lessons in subjects such as History, Geography, and/or Religious Education, depending on specialism and timetable needs.

Duties as a Humanities Teacher:

• Plan and deliver engaging and inclusive Humanities lessons

• Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback

• Maintain high standards of classroom behaviour and organisation

• Contribute to the wider life of the school during the term

• Work collaboratively with departmental colleagues to ensure consistency

Ideal Humanities Teacher:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

• Experience teaching Humanities subjects at secondary level

• Strong classroom management and communication skills as a Humanities Teacher.

• A flexible, proactive and positive attitude
