ICT Teacher
Job description
We are seeking a motivated and innovative ICT Teacher to join a dynamic and forward-thinking secondary school team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to inspire learners and promote digital literacy across the curriculum. Beginning September 2025.
Duties as an ICT Teacher:
Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons in ICT/Computing to KS3 and KS4 pupils.
Plan and assess in line with national curriculum guidelines and exam board specifications.
Encourage creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving through the use of technology.
Support pupils in developing key skills in software, hardware, coding, and digital safety.
Contribute to the development of the ICT department, including curriculum planning and extra-curricular opportunities.
Ideal ICT Teacher:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
A degree in ICT, Computer Science, or a related subject.
Experience teaching ICT at secondary level (KS3/KS4).
Strong classroom management and organisational skills. as an ICT Teacher.
Up-to-date knowledge of e-safety, digital trends, and educational technology.
