Step Teachers have been speaking to a Head Teacher at one of our client schools in Stevenage about their recruitment needs for September 2020. The school already need one KS2 Teacher and will also possibly be looking for a second.

They have the capacity in school to take on Newly Qualified Teachers for this position so applications from them would be welcomed and encouraged. If however you are a more experienced teacher there may also be the opportunity to take up a place in the school's Senior Leadership Team.

  The school needs someone who has the following qualities:

• QTS or PGCE qualification
• Ability to organise exciting and mentally stimulating activities for the children
• Work as part of a dynamic team
• A positive attitude and a genuine passion for their work
