Our team is working with a ‘Good’ client school based in Welwyn Garden City who is seeking a KS2 teacher to join their team. This will be a full-time role commencing in November 2021. The school is looking for an experienced primary teacher who has completed their induction year and can demonstrate previous experience of teaching/working with a reception class.
The ideal candidate will have the below attributes;
- As a qualified primary teacher, you will be an outstanding classroom practitioner with a proven ability to understand and utilise current theory and practice concerning learning and development.
- You should have a teaching qualification suitable for primary education.
- An ability to organise, lead and manage a classroom effectively, including assigned support staff will be central to your role.
- Establish good relationships, encourage good working practices, and support and lead teachers in the phase group.
Candidates will be subject to a variety of checks including an enhanced DBS check, full references including your most recent employer, and eligibility to work in the UK.
