Maths Teacher
Job description
We are looking for a dynamic and committed Maths Teacher to join a forward-thinking and supportive school community. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate educator to inspire and motivate students in a subject that opens doors to every future. Beginning September 2025.
Duties as Maths Teacher:
Plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated maths lessons in line with the national curriculum
Use data to monitor student progress and adapt teaching accordingly
Contribute to a culture of high expectations and continuous improvement
Support the development of schemes of work and assessment strategies
Take part in departmental planning, CPD, and whole-school initiatives
Foster a positive classroom environment that supports learning and growth
Ideal Maths Teacher:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for maths
Experience teaching in a secondary school setting (NQTs/ECTs welcome to apply)
Ability to motivate and inspire students of all abilities
Excellent communication and organisational skills as a Maths Teacher.
