Maths Teacher
Job description
We are seeking a confident and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join a dedicated secondary team on a short-term basis. This is a great opportunity to make a strong impact and ensure continuity of learning for pupils during a period of planned cover. Beginning June 2025.
Duties as Maths Teacher:
Teach Maths across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 desirable but not essential)
Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that support all learners
Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing effective feedback
Contribute to the smooth running of the maths department
Uphold high standards of teaching, learning, and behaviour
Ideal Maths Teacher:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching Maths at secondary level
Strong subject knowledge and classroom management
A flexible, professional and proactive approach as a Maths Teacher.
