Job description

MFL Teacher – Day-to-day supply from as soon as possible
 
These flexible opportunities are ideal for MFL Teachers who enjoy variety and want to make a positive impact across different school settings. You’ll be working across a range of schools in Plymouth and nearby areas, delivering engaging language lessons in Spanish and French.

Duties as MFL Teacher:

  • Deliver high-quality lessons in Spanish and French across KS3 and KS4
  • Adapt teaching to meet the needs of different learners and school environments
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere
  • Follow school policies and safeguarding procedures
  • Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Collaborate with school staff to support pupil development

Ideal MFL Teacher:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
  • Experience teaching Spanish and/or French in UK secondary schools
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills as an MFL Teacher
  • Ability to adapt quickly to different school settings
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
  • Passionate about languages and committed to pupil progress
