As a Office Administrator, you will be working within a busy operation at our Head Office in London N20, providing support to the Compliance Manager. This role is a very heavily focused administrative supporting role where organisation and a keen eye for detail are key. As an Office Administrator, you will be
- Working within a team structure
- Liaising constantly between with the resource team and sales consultant team
- Checking all paperwork
- Highlighting any issues
- Cross-checking documentation between the various areas of the company
- Inputting all relevant information on the computer system
- Checking input is correct against the documentation
- Filing and archiving the documentation
The role requires computer skills, good communication skills including competent telephone skills as well as fantastic organisational abilities. Hours of work will be Monday - Friday, 830 - 1730. A previous background in a technical environment would also be highly beneficial
