Step Teachers are currently looking for a Phonics Specialist in Orpington with an Ofsted rating of `Good’ in. This is a Long role going up until the end of the school year with a chance to be extended starting after the February half term.

The School have asked for a proficient Phonics Specialist who has the following attributes:

• Must hold QTS
• Experience across all key stages in a mainstream school setting
• Deliver a differentiated curriculum that is accessible to children at different academic levels
• Experience of phonics is Needed
• Show passion and flair in their work and make learning enjoyable
