SEN Teaching Assistant – Oldham – Step Teachers
Start: ASAP (September 2025) Pay: £95/day (PAYE)
Hours: Full-Time Mon–Fri 8:30am–3:30pm

As SEN Teaching Assistant you’ll support students 1:1 and in small groups, helping with both learning and emotional development. Use positive behaviour strategies and work closely with teachers, families, and professionals like psychologists and social workers.

Perfect if you’re aiming for careers in education, mental health, or youth work. You’re empathetic, resilient, and confident around young people.
