Job description

Our local Norwich office is working with a primary school in Norwich who are seeing a strong experienced SEN teaching assistant. The role is working with reception children. This is a full time position starting in September.

The ideal  candidate will have:

  • You will have a good understanding of Special Educational Needs and Educational Inclusion, and the needs of the more able and talented

  • Experience with nonverbal children

  • Experience in early years

  • Good behaviour management skills

  • Have patience with children who find conforming to rules and expectations difficult

  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
