Job description

A primary school based in Enfield is in search of a resilient and knowledgeable candidate for a SEN Teaching Assistant role. The position starts after October half term. The role consists of, working with three children with SEN throughout the day. The successful candidate must be able to confidently encourage children’s cognitive learning and support their social, emotional and physical development.

The applicant who succeeds is required to have the following:

  • Prior experience working with children with SEN
  • KS2 experience in a mainstream setting
  • Be patient when dealing with complex situations
  • Creative approach to assisting the children, to keep them engaged and interested
