Teaching Assistant

We are seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work across primary and secondary schools, supporting pupils with their learning and development. Beginning September 2025.

Duties as a Teaching Assistant:

• Support teachers in delivering lessons and classroom activities

• Work with small groups or 1:1 to provide targeted learning support

• Help manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment

• Assist with preparing resources and setting up learning materials

• Support pupils with their academic, social and emotional development

Ideal Teaching Assistant:

• Experience working with children in a school or similar setting desirable

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills as a Teaching Assistant.

• Patience, adaptability and a caring approach

• Ability to follow teacher guidance and work independently when needed

• A genuine passion for supporting children’s education
