Year 3 Teacher
Job description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher to join a supportive and welcoming primary team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate educator to make a meaningful impact during a key stage of children’s development in Lower Key Stage 2. Beginning September 2025.
Duties as Year 3 Teacher:
Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners.
Assess, record, and monitor pupil progress effectively, using a range of strategies.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for all pupils.
Contribute to the wider life of the school, including clubs, trips, and special events.
Ideal Year 3 Teacher:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Experience teaching in a primary setting, ideally in Lower KS2.
Good knowledge of the national curriculum for Year 3.
Strong classroom management and communication skills as a Year 3 Teacher.
A positive, reflective approach and a commitment to high standards.
